To accomplish his dream, Dr. Doğan became a board-certified plastic surgeon who currently has more than 12 years of experience in a variety of fields including plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of the most established medical faculties in Turkey, between 2003-2009. In 2010, he started his plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgical residency at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (CAPA).

After completing his residency, he continued his public service at Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital. He received the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Certificate (EBOPRAS) in 2019. The EBOPRAS is one of the most esteemed certifications in the world.

Dr. Doğan founded the ClinicPlast plastic surgery clinic in 2017 and has performed over 10,000 surgical procedures since its inception. As a Turkish Ministry of Health-certified health tourism provider, Dr. Doğan is authorized to help everyone, both native and international patients alike, to achieve their aesthetic goals.
